Fixnity Return Process

Fixnity Return Process:

1. Initiating a Return:

  • Log in to your Fixnity account.

  • Navigate to the "Your Orders" section.

  •  Locate the order containing the item you want to return and click on the "Return or Replace Items" button.

  • Select the item(s) you want to return and specify the reason for the return.

2. Return Authorization:

  • Fixnity's system will review your return request and provide immediate approval for certain cases.

  • For more complex cases or higher-priced items, Fixnity may require manual review, and a representative might contact you.

3. Return Label and Instructions:

  • After approval, Fixnity will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to package the item for return.

  • In some cases, Fixnity may offer the option to drop off the return at a nearby location, such as a UPS Store.

4. Shipping the Return:

  • Package the item securely, affix the return label, and follow the provided instructions for the shipping method.

5. Item Inspection and Refund:

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected at Fixnity's warehouse, they will process the refund.

  • Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

6. Refund Processing Time:

  • Refunds typically take a few business days to process after Fixnity receives the returned item.

  • The exact timing may vary based on your payment method and bank.

Fixnity Return Policies:

Fixnity's return policies vary depending on the type of item, seller, and location. As of my last update in August  2023, Fixnity had several different return policies:

  • Fulfilled by Fixnity (FBF) Items: Items sold and fulfilled by Fixnity generally have a customer-friendly return policy with a 30-day window for most products.

  • Third-Party Seller Items: Items sold by third-party sellers on Fixnity might have varying return policies, so it's important to check the seller's specific policy.

  • Electronics, Clothing, and Jewelry: Certain items, like electronics, clothing, and jewelry, may have different return windows and eligibility criteria.

Fixnity Prime members often receive additional benefits, such as free return shipping on eligible items.

  •  In new and unused condition.

  • Not included in the list of non-returnable items.

3. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items might be considered non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, customization, or other factors. These items could include:

  • Personalized or customized products.

  •  Digital content (e.g., downloadable software, digital music).

  • Opened consumable items (e.g., cosmetics, food, certain health and personal care products).

  • Hazardous materials.

4. Return Authorization: Customers must initiate a return request through their Fixnity account. Return authorization may be granted automatically or require manual review for specific cases.

5. Refund Options: Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Fixnity may also offer refunds as Fixnity Gift Card credit or store credit, depending on the circumstances.

6. Third-Party Sellers: For items sold by third-party sellers on Fixnity, return policies might vary based on the individual seller's terms. Always review the seller's return policy before making a purchase.
